Becoming the person I’ve wanted to be…

You must begin to think of yourself as becoming the person you want to be.

So, I am two years into my thirties and I will dare to say – I am LOVING it! This is THE age to be!!

I have found confidence I never knew I had.

I feel pretty.
I feel so blessed.
I feel so, SO loved.

I have dared to take chances.
I have done things most thought I could never do.
I have done things I thought I could never do.
I workout out regularly.
I lost 31 lbs.
I found my love for shopping again – for myself that is.

I am learning to adapt to people.
I am learning to take insults with a grain of salt.
I am learning that regardless of what others do or don’t do for me, I WILL be there for them.
I am learning that life is not always going to go your way, but it’s ok.
I am learning people will hurt you, but don’t hurt them back!
I am learning that you need the storm to get to the rainbow.
I am learning that things that don’t kill you WILL only make you stronger!
I am learning that I need to talk to God in the good times, not only the bad ones.
I am learning that the learning will.never.ever.end my friends. Don’t allow it to.

I am also learning to follow Jillian’s advice--
When friends tell you how awesome you look, drop the "I still have more to go" crap. You worked hard and you deserve the compliment!

I HAVE worked hard and yes I DO deserve the compliments!

So life is good my friends, life is good!

How could it NOT be when you are the mommy to this precious one…

I have learned that sometimes, the person who can motivate and inspire me more than anyone I know is a person I have never met in real life. I am so happy for you and all that you have done. You are beautiful inside and out.
